I've been unable to find any rules in the MM or DMG that tell me how to build a minion. I found rules that let me build strikers, brutes, and the rest, but nothing on that page (or any other page I looked at) had similar, by-the-numbers rules for statting up a minion. Am I blind? Where should...

I've looked in what I thought were the obvious places and I can't seem to find rules for making minions. Can anyone show me where these rules are? Thanks in advance. :)
