PCGen and 3.5 - estimated date?

"RSRD only supplies ..." There's very limited info in the RSRD about Epic levels.

PCGen and 3.5 - estimated date?

Will that include support for epic level characters?

Freelance Company- Adventure Module Call to Arms!

Is this a paying gig? I might be interested in editing, but only for pay (I need the money).

The Necronomicon does not cause insanity.

One thing you may wish to consider is that in many of the stories, the characters read a translation of the Necronomicon, and not the actual book itself (or even a direct copy). Such translations would undoubtedly be missing or misinterpreting information. The logic for this is simply that...

    PC Video-Editing Software

On a marginally related note, I've got a GeForce 4 (I think) with an s-video out port. My pc also has a dvd player. I'd like to know: a) Is there an s-video to coax adapter out there so that I may hook my tv up to my pc? b) Does the s-video out include audio, or will I have to somehow jack the...

[September] What video games are you playing?

I finished the Tron 2.0 demo last night and I'm hooked. I'm off to buy it at the first opportunity. A warning though - part of the reason I like it may be nostalgia, so I look forward to an unbiased opinion of the game.

Any 3.5 character generators out there?

How about a 3.5 character generater that allows creation of (or rather, advancement to) epic level characters?

[September] What video games are you playing?

I'm currently shopping around for new games while I wait for my NWN: Shadows of Undrentide to show up. In the meantime, I've been hitting Black & White pretty hard (I love that game) and playing a bunch of different demos (Unreal Tourney 2003, Mechwarrior 4, Call of Duty, Civ III). I've also...

    Spycraft Adventures

I was actually hoping more for an entire prepackaged adventure, rather than adventure ideas. But I will look into the products you mentioned!

    Crazy Quotes from my Group....

Jonick: "The Clubinator only does dead, there is no stun setting." Nostro: "I am NOT a Detect Magic whore!" Telon: "One or two of the dead fish-men should fill the shark up." Semphar (on how to distract the lizardmen): "We'll shoot the one facing in our direction, then the others will go...

Some opinions on a plot point/technique...

Two things: First, you indicated in your background that the forces of chaos were pushed back/undone by the gods. This would indicate to me that divine power has an effect on the chaos. If so, you may want to carefully consider having the chaos priests use divine magic instead of psionics...

What is a Rogue to do in an undead-heavy campaign?

I would also suggest investing in a sling. A sling is equally effective against all types of (non-gelatinous) undead. Stay way in the back and hurl stones at the beasts.

How Do You Curb Table Talk?

I like this idea, but we have one gamer who drives really far (about an hour or more) who probably would not come if he thought we weren't going to play D&D. And he chit chats as much as the rest of us. Is there another way to solve the problem?

    The moment of fragmentation

The idea of fragmentation is a very 3E-centric one. There are other game systems out there. Should they be considered fragmented players as well, since they aren't playing 3E? No? Why not? As long as there are options, there will be people exercising those options.

Drawing for a free custom "T"

Crunchy Bits While I would love to enter (and win!) the contest, I'm afraid that I have no idea what the answer to the question is. Where would I find the cartoon in question? Um ... heheh ... never mind. I see the info at the bottom of the page. That's what I get for posting before drinking...

Celestial Mithral plate armor - ?

You can imply from the title and description that Celestial Armor is armor made by (or at least on the home plane of) Celestials. My take, therefore, would be that the special properties are partly due to material (celestial metal - could be mithral, could be steel, could be gold and silver...

    D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] draw a weapon

Or, let's say you are casting a full round spell. You can draw before, during, or after casting, which will help in some cases.
