resource-management in the endgame [Pathfinder] [spoilers]

It was Lt. Col. Brain. (I made the alias when I was 12 and didn't really understand abbreviations. :P) But I kind of like "Itchy Brain" too. ;) Yeah, making everything immune unless the PCs interact with the ritual would probably be a good change.

    We Finally Finished!

Ack, sorry! Life got very busy recently and I forgot to check back in on this thread! Let me see if I can think of some things: Adventure 1: The last confrontation with the wounded Asrabey is very cool. My PCs didn't even think about trying to fight him, but if you have a trigger happy group...

    We Finally Finished!

The only thing that I can think of that was slightly difficult to run was the final battle. So many things to keep track of--that checklist came in handy! As for fantastic moments, I don't have time to write a long post now, but I will definitely relate some awesome stories soon! Lots to choose...

    We Finally Finished!

Nothing specific comes to mind immediately. I've been playing with most of my players for 10 or more years, so they are very experienced and committed to the plot of the adventures. They always kept the through-line in sight.

    We Finally Finished!

They were going to start trying to engage with the ritual when Borne got to the Earth pillar, but by then everybody had cleaned up on the Revolution and they all joined together for the debate against Nicodemus. On Mavisha, they fought and defeated the savant at the waxy tower. They crossed to...

    We Finally Finished!

They debated for about an hour and a half about which planes to align with. Jiese, Av, and Apet were a lock from the start. They didn't want to lose any of their technological advancements, and they respected the pact Risur had with the fey of the Dreaming. Plus, they didn't want to risk any...

    We Finally Finished!

Hey guys, Russell here. I'm the guy who did the Pathfinder conversion for about half the ZEITGEIST adventures. Well, after six long years of on and off sessions, my group has finally finished the campaign! The PCs were as follows: Will Hawkins, human cavalier/rogue (Yerasol veteran) Mariah...

Teasers for Adventure Twelve - The Grinding Gears of Heaven

You're correct. The remnants of the planes in the Gyre are "worldmotes" about thirty miles in diameter. They're just fragments of the full planes, but they resume their planetary proportions when bound to the real world via the Axis Seal ritual.

    Detect Planar Energy Question

I would allow the vellum functions in a similar manner to a page of spell knowledge. Thus, either the bard, the oracle, or the sorcerer could use one of their spell slots to cast the spell.

    ZEITGEIST [Pathfinder] Zeitgeist Steamsuit Questions

Normally, sources of DR don't stack. You would take the more advantageous DR depending on each situation. However, I would allow the DR from your armor master abilities to stack with that of the defensive ward, it shouldn't really break anything, since it's only for one round. :)

    ZEITGEIST [Pathfinder] Zeitgeist Steamsuit Questions

Modifying the steamsuit to be made of special materials or even enchanting it further isn't really that different from modifying regular armor. I would say as long as you're willing to spend the money on the special modifications, go for it! Everything should stack with the other benefits from...

"Other Russell" may not be a clone, but I may or may not be a robot in disguise. Beep boop.

I noticed there were no stats for the arsenal of Dhebisu in the adventure. Could you provide those for us?

Pathfinder 1E Zeitgest #6: for Pathfinder

It was supposed to be "Lieutenant Colonel Brain" but I didn't use capitalization or spaces, and I abbreviated it incorrectly. I made the name for an online Star Wars roleplaying game when I was in middle school. :) You can just call me Russell. ;) At any rate, I'm interested in hearing what...

I'm excited to get my hands on the final product! Especially the Pathfinder version, since I did the conversion work for this one! :D

You're a villain. How would you change the world? Contest with prizes. (Spoilers for ZEITGEIST)

As the conversation begins to move toward talk of alliances, Leyander taps his mithral cane thoughtfully against the bottom of his chin. After much consideration, he speaks again. "If the philosophy of the Pyre is compatible with any of the other major factions, it would most likely be the...

You're a villain. How would you change the world? Contest with prizes. (Spoilers for ZEITGEIST)

"Nature need not be an enemy," says Leyander. "Many factions of Vekeshi mystics have strong ties with the fey of the Unseen Court. Indeed, all of Risur benefits from that king's pact with the fey titans of that land. Again, I believe this is a case of xenophobic warmongering on the part of the...
