I don't think it's a 3.x era book. Here is a screen grab of that book and that is clearly a 5e stat block layout. I wonder if it is another book in the Planescape set?

@Morrus does Xenforo allow you to add instructions to the settings where a user enables Two-Way Ignore? If so, maybe adding a note like "Note that this will prevent users you ignore from seeing any thread that you start in its entirety." could help cut down on this happening? I know it does not...
