Cleaning robots are becoming more and more common. Saw one about 2” tall at a Quick Trip that was not only doing the floors, but also announcing specials & sales. And at least 2 of my larger Japanese restaurants have them delivering orders to certain tables. I know some offices used robots...

I haven’t been tracking prices, but I know they’re falling surprisingly fast. He may not be far from wrong, given the overall vagueness of “robots”, “in offices” & “soon”.
