There is nothing that is not family friendly about musing if someone will concentrate on a Job they have been employed to do or focus on activism at the expense of quality. EN world is perfectly entitled to shut down debate on this but please don't pretend it is to protect a family friendly space.

Yes having tiers of damage was one of my first thoughts but as you say this can slow play down at the table as everyone works out by how much they've hit and how many dice they should be rolling. I abandoned it for that reason.
