I know when I wildshape my Constitution changes but my HP stay the same. But what if I'm wildshaped and get a Bear's Endurance cast on myself? Do my hit points stay the same or do I get 2hp per level?

Well by RAW it only works on Warforged but you could ask your DM for it to apply to any construct.
