It was satisfying to see a new episode but I wasn't too terribly excited about the episode really. Usual critique. More historical setting/content is appealing though. Have to wait until next week.

As far as I understand Barrowman will be around a bit during season two as he wasn't sure of the dynamics at the time (apparently he wasn't very aware of Eccleston debacle until it happened) so he scheduled other things, but he'll be back pretty solidly for season three. Not sure where I read...
Something else to check out is Crazy Lips, comedic horror with sex, gore, kung-fu, zombies, black magic, and a musical number. Possibly a social/political allegory or maybe just a dirty (but fun!) exploitation film.
