I don't want to make it a more powerful race, +2 to three stats is pretty awesome, a little too awesome if you ask me. I want to keep it balanced and it just seemed like the best place to put a penalty to me.

I though Eidolons didnt get multiple attacks per round based of BAB?

OK that helps alot but how do you make two claw attacks in 1 round to get the benefits of rend?
