Yes, but pixies can't fly unless carrying a normal load. So your pixie better have enough strength to carry an entire person without it being a heavy load or they have to walk and carry them. I guess pixies have like, spider or ant strength going, but it doesn't work for the magic of flying.

But Shrink answers those questions. No, the pixie doesn't have to carry it, but then it reverts to normal size after the pixie's next extended rest. The game statistics, including weight, remain the same. In simple terms, shrink all your equipment, treat it as if you were small.

Err, yes they do. It's called Battle Cleric's Lore, and it gives a +2 shield bonus to AC and scale proficiency. It's practically the very defininition of of exactly what you say it isn't. It's a class feature that grants proficiency. That's like trying to argue the Ritual Casting class...

The book is the "Rules Compendium". And that is the rule, but that's about keywords, which is not exactly the same thing as damage types.

For reasons of gameplay, there's also no rules for feeding off enemies outside of combat. Allies, yes, but you can't knock enemies out and eat them later. If someone wanted a vampire spawn or something, I'd look at the companion character rules and think up something.
