    D&D 4E 4e ask a simple question, get a simple answer

Heavy Blade Opportunity requires 15 Str+Dex, so for a Con primary that is going to want at least a 15 Wis or Cha and probably some Int as well for Warlock riders, that's a feat you're just not going to bother with realistically. I wouldn't suggest taking it anyway, because OAs in Paragon/Epic...

Yes, though I don't consider non-scaling +2 to a single NAD worth a feat. Superior Fort/Ref/Will are only worth it because they Scale AND provide a benefit.

Cruel Lullabies: The Bard Handbook (by Litigation)

The term "Bard Taxi" officially refers to a Bard MC Warlock taking the Evermeet Warlock PP, and Acolyte Power for Ethereal Sidestep at level 10, as well as Bardic Wayfarer and Walk Among the Fey feats and ways to teleport or slide allies. The end result is a Leader that can use a Minor and Move...

    Rehabilitating Paragon Multiclassing

What exactly is this showcasing about PMC vs Hybrid or a couple power swaps + ResMan though? I guess it's a bit better on the Defender side with both +1 hit and Superiority, but I can trade the lost feats for HT and Flail stuff anyway...

    D&D 4E Miscibility Table: A 4e Hybrid Handbook(by MwaO)

You should update the races as well, doesn't look like that's been done since before the updated secondaries.

Is this in reference to the druid question asked by thanson02, or did you have a question of your own?

Probably simply a Druid with the "Primal Swarm" class feature, the related powers (including how they Wild Shape) all describe changing into a swarm of insects and often involve taking half damage. However, as you mention they never gain the "swarm" trait. Either way it's simply going to come...

    Rehabilitating Paragon Multiclassing

Here is my reason behind "Don't ever PMC*" Why aren't you Hybrid? Hybrid+MC gives you 3 classes worth of PPs. On the chance the e11 sucks, Resman exists and you're still 1 feat up on PMC (the other feat presumed to be HT). This leaves 2 Hybrid Features + PP Features + U12 and D20 competing with...

You wouldn't grant the CA. Doesn't really justify the use of PG or the Panther companion though, both are still generally bad options for what I hope would be obvious reasons.

Gotcha, so you're also not the only Defender but only one other Striker and the leader is Cha/Int? That really complicates things. Eh, it's basically a 1-off.

    D&D 4E 4e ask a simple question, get a simple answer

13 isn't high enough level to get the truely tasty Punishing Sigil or really have that many feats to play around with to get Vestige or SK running at obscene levels without sacrificing something else. Cha vs Con is really something you can only decide after knowing your party and DM. I...

They wouldn't stack, both reference your size. You need something that increases your size, there's a couple ED's (both involving Dragons), but I think the most reliable way (and still being able to use weapons, since wild shape druids can't) is being a Warden, several forms make you Large. It...

    D&D 4E 4e ask a simple question, get a simple answer

wasteofmana: My main issues comes from the resource expenditure. When a Deva with a single feat in Paragon outright trumps what you can do, it significantly diminishes what you were doing. Themes should be worth more than Feats. You already mention the problems with Travelers Insight. Being a...

You have that wrong, RC p68 has the rules. Immortals that speak Supernal can understand speech and writing in any language. You can hear, but you can't respond. Only Gods and Angels (and Devas with Remembered Mother Tongue) can speak so that anyone with a language can understand them.

    D&D 4E 4e ask a simple question, get a simple answer

I'll be perfectly honest; I don't think Scholar or Master Linguist are character traits that you should ever build toward in D&D. My reasons go beyond any opinions of optimization being required for a Combat system (which is true). The thing to remember (and for your DM to remember) is that in...

I assume you mean the Multiclass Ardent feat: Fervent Talent. His claim makes no sense and is just wrong. "Once per day" means "Once per day" means "Once per day". I'm assuming he's basing his statement off of the text on Ardent Surge that says "Special: You can use this power twice per...

    Heroic Tier 5th man builds?

Aside from not picking the bad ones (Shade, Vryloka...) race actually doesn't matter too much in mid-late Heroic games. It can snag you a proficiency+damage feat, or if you're Cha it's pretty relevant (Tiefling or Dragonborn are just so much better), but otherwise you can pretty safely go...
