My signature is not my name. It is a series of scribbles that originally followed the digits of a number (this many strokes in this direction, this many in the other direction... ) but I don't even remember the name anymore. Though two custom symbols representing my family name are hidden...
A proper exposition of my side of things requires bringing examples that far exceed the constraints of these forums. Just notice that lack of annonimity hasn't stopped bad people from doing power grabs abd stuff happened before social media was a thing. And if all you can think is to fear the...
You see, every year the Department of Headlines audits all newspapers to make sure they use the rules for headlines correctly, and if they don't, the editor has to repeat fourth grade.... n_n
I don't fear a post-truth world, I fear surveillance so intrusive that it makes the social credit system look like a liberal paradise in comparison. I'm not afraid of truth dying out, I'm more afraid of people right now dying out for telling the truth and in the future for daring to seek the...

Being forced is relative, I guess. Nobody so...
That's the beauty of it. The lawsuit targets wouldn't be huge companies with cash to burn. It would be underfunded school districts and no-name colleges.
I keep this fantasy where, after more and more studies come forward, people start suing colleges and schools for subjecting them to AI and making them dumber. And then we all are left alone by the AI peddlers.
