I would never want to discourage anyone from wanting to move here, but certain realities should be considered, as said already, forewarned is forearmed.

I would change it if I could. Montana, and the other mountain states are pretty, kind of expensive per salary though.

I haven't looked at the labor laws, just at living in Montana or Wyoming by Yellowstone as it is so pretty there. Cities like Jackson, are way expensive, and wages are low.
