Also an Artificer is not like that. An Artificer only works on the items and make them work emulating the arcane power. But they cannot be put into something that is that "arcane" if you know what i mean. It's like said, if you ever watched Fantasia, that mickey mouse is equal to his master in...

A psionic dragon is a really dangerous thing IMHO. Also is not in dragon's nature to act like so(mind powers? Nah i am good as i am :lol:). Maybe you can create something(i don't know of psionic dragon's resources) but i think that if they are like gem it's a good idea

Beware! If i don't miserunderstood MarkB, the domain you gain as a Wizard does not benefit you of the domain spell. To put it simply, you cannot do it because it's granted only the power of the domain, and not the spell also(they are taken "as a wizard" and not "as a cleric")

You can, if you are going to use some unofficial manual, use the half-drow template in "Advanced Bestiary" which you can apply to your half-elf CG ^^
