    I would add a feat at every level in addition to class feature(that can be fixed or multi choice), then for MC, you can spend that feat to get a level of class features of another class, without the bonus feat OFC.

    it's a minor RP thing that you can ignore or really just have it as background. in rogue or druid "bood camp" you can learn additional language. maybe in some parts it's better to be Elven, Draconic or Sylvan instead of druidic.     not really, and they were better than arrows and bows of ancient times against armor. They really were difficult to train compared even to a bow. same way that guns replaced bows, as you can train someone how to use a gun in one day.
