    lol yes it is. The writing could not have been any more obvious in trying to capture the time period, on top of being just bad. I have watched a lot of bad movies, I'm not some art critic, but I was laughing out loud at the dialogue, and it wasnt trying to be funny.

    Yeah, I may (likely) have misunderstood the rest period. I took it to mean 'dont do your chest for 3 or 4 days' when maybe it literally means 'do chest, then 4 day's later, legs' which...I cannot take that long of breaks.

    Arms/Shoulders. Neither of which I ever dedicate a day to, so today kinda sucked. Bike Barbell Curls at 85 x 9 Face Pulls at 65 x 7 Dips at 90 x 10, for sure time to go up. Pull Ups for Bicep, Body at 10, slow and controlled. Reverse Pec Deck, 115. I think this activated my lower back...

    This feels somewhat correct as well, as information, and would be why even though I am clearly losing fat, I'm still going up. EDIT: And also, this 'one set workout' plan, is brutal. I feel exhausted and I'm getting the food/sleep in, my legs burned all night and my pecs feel pumped 2 days after.

    I mean that ultrasafe image, imo of course, is because of the social media climate of the time, so its a reinforcing loop. Either way, its not a safe path to tread, and I would shocked if Dark Sun checks the boxes for me personally so its all academic.

    So Mondays are my 'official' weekly weigh ins, and I was 186 on the gym scale. Highest ever. I did the single or 1.5 set approach so most numbers higher. Total time was 45-55 min instead of an 1.5 hour. Half set means I did 6 to 8 of a low weight to warm up or get my body right. Bike 2 set...
