Have you tried taking a look at Call of Cthulhu D20? Its not a perfect system but it provides stats for a decent number of Lovecraftian baddies that are all perfectly compatible with D&D 3.X should you wish to hack and slash at them.

I don't know what their shipping is like but you might want to try 401 Games. They're a Toronto based game shop that sells the core books for close to the American list price (that may change with the dollar crashing and burning, but it's excellent right now). I'm too new to post links but...
