I had a huge gap in playing. Played in school 80-85 then just started up again beginning of last year so even though i had all the basic concepts i still felt like a newb. Cool thing is i started in a new group with my 12 year old and 2 other newbies and 2 seasoned players that knew the basics...

My current group uses them for fighting rounds. My son has fun collecting them and painting them. But as with most I didn’t grow up using them only 5e.

At first glance looks like a good book that will come in handy in the future for my campaign.

Thumbprint is all they need. Doesn’t matter what your race, religion preference etc..... it just weeds out the nutcases.

All for it. Last thing I want is a Jeffery Dahmer or Ted Bundy type who comes across as a great person dealing with my kids at these events and at home there a psychopath. When I coached my sons little league team all coaches and volunteers had to go thru a Real ID check.
