Hi all, I found this thread very helpful because my pg has reached sorcerer level 5, and now I can choose fly spell. Understanding the limits of this spell is fundamental, and so I'm deciding to use it more for exploring rather than fighting, but in case it happens I found this combo of spells...

Totally agree with you: witch bolt sucks. Yes indeed, my DM is also allowing a melee spell touch attack (as for shocking grasp) using a natural weapon. How lucky I am ;-) Moreover I'm curious about where this topic about whips will lead...
