Wondering the same myself. Haven't found anything definitive in the Adventure guide. But looking at the pregenerated bard they put out, it lists only "Voice specialty". And at level 5, with "Key change", you can change it as a bonus action once per short. So to me that looks like its a choice...

Unsure whether this is a bug or feature, or I'm just misunderstanding. Warrior Monk's 6th level feature "Way of the Fist" lets you regain exertion equal to half your prof when you crit with unarmed strikes. Lets take an Adept Warrior Monk at level 9 with +4 prof bonus. So you regain 2 exertion...
