Is there a general consensus on what's the best program that allows DMs to track things in combat -- initiative, HP, other such things? I think something like this would vastly help me smooth and quicken the pace of dragging combat encounters, but I can't find very many and I don't want to end...

Anyone have any more critiques on powers specifically? Any overpowered/underpowered? Would be very much obliged.

OP updated with a slightly fuller and tweaked version of the class. It is ever-evolving. This is the second, less powerful incarnation of the power, and I was still worried about it. I am fond of the flavor and general effect, but I'll see about altering the damage output and effect penalty...

First off, let me say this isn't something I ever really anticipated (or want) to release for public consumption. It's something made by me for use by my players in campaigns I run. So it's probably somewhat rough around the edges, and I have admittedly taken some powers from existing homebrew...

I'm mostly done with the heroic tier (haven't done much in the way of Level 9 and 10 powers), and the general class outline. I've changed the class name to "Witch," and changed some things up (including advice incorporated from here). I was wondering if anyone could take the time to look over...

I find myself doing that a bit; simply reskinning existing powers. But for some reason it just seems creatively cheap to me, even if I do mix it up some. But it is fairly difficult to strike that balance between originality and mechanical exactness, so I have to concede here and there...

That's what I thought, mostly, thanks for the input. Maybe I'll make it an encounter, or possibly just make blindness equivocal to a -2 on attack rolls. As for what class it's for: I'm making a custom class, the Hexer. It's my first go at something like this, so there's likely going to be a few...
