Based only on what we've seen so far, I will probably end up house ruling action points. The rules they've given us so far seem to rigid for my taste.

Someone (Keith Baker, maybe?) pretty much said that their are class abilities driven by AP points. Now, whether this means powers that use AP to activate or generic uses inherently particular to each class I am not sure. . . .
