+10 Magic Items

Have the items that grant a +10 bonus been addressed in v3.5? I personally dislike these items, especially in the hands of rogues with their high skill ranks to start with.
Hopefully they have been changed or increased in price, but I get the feeling they will not have changed.

I've heard that the base price is jumping up *and* the standard items are taking a dive down to a mere +5.

Skill bonus items in 3.5E cost (bonus squared) x 100 gp, as opposed to (bonus squared) x 20 gp. Most of the +10 items have been reduced to +5, eg the cloak and boots of elvenkind.

Yay! I aways disliked a cloak that made you as good as a 7th level rogue for sneaking about.
