14) On the last two new moons, the Fairy Court has ridden through the village, insipring any who see or hear them to follow in their wake. Such unfortunates are found the next day miles away and dead aparently of old age. The Court does not even notice the mortals caught up in their glory, and doesn't care much about them one way or the other. Find out how to get them to parade elsewhere, tie up the villagers very securely or move them?

15) steal the ST:OS plot with the Horta.

16) A werewolf is threatening the peacefull village. Unfortunately its a hero of the village and baby sister of one of the PCs who got bit while defending the others from another werewolf and didn't make her know:arcane roll to tell anyone about it. Capture her non leathally, hold her long enough to get a remove curse to work, and defend her from the segment of the villagers who see it as safer to just kill her. (and they might be right).

17) Steal the ST:NG plot with the stuborn colonists and the aproaching teraformers.

18.) An evil creature recently turned good has sought assylum among a village who isn't patiularly happy to have the creature in the town. He carries news and of an invading army/evil force on its way to the town. He can help the town survive the encroaching evil if the pcs can find a way to convince the townsfolk that the creature is benfitial to thier survival.

19) An avatar, aspect, or harbinger of a god appears before the players and tells them that one among them shall betray the rest. The god in question is the god of lies. Just be sure to pull aside various players before hand and talk to each privately about something unrelated to this plot point. Or hand each a note asking the players to read it and hand it back.

20) An influential noble family’s first born son has joined a cult. The PCs are hired to extract the son. The monastery is devoted to peace and nonviolence. The monks will resist any attempt to grab the son nonviolently. The monks will not make any attempt to defend themselves and will be treated as hostile but helpless if confronted by the PCs. Being monks the monks will put themselves between the PCs and the son forcing a massacre or other means of extracting the son. The DM must make sure the PCs know they will be outlaws if they commit murder and most likely hang.

4. A blight has destroyed the harvest. As winter approaches, the PCs are asked to secure sufficient aid from a rival nation to be able to ensure the survival of the people.

I do believe this situation is, in fact, best solved by massive violence.

You just need to replace "aid" with "plunder".

Of course if they just happen to save the young noble from a horrible fire at the monastery they'll be well loved heroes. Too bad all the monks died fighting the blaze.

21.)Peasants are refusing to trade their crop surpluses with buyers from the city downriver. They believe the traders are liars who've been cheating them on prices for years and proclaim if the city-dwellers want to eat they can grow it themselves, they're selling to the dwarves instead. City is suffering from an epidemic and can't match the might of the peasants new dwarven allies. The PCs must find some way to get the peasants to sell food to the city-dwellers before the city falls to cannibalistic desperation.

I'd stock up on truncheons myself. Nothing says violence has to be with lethal damage only.

Or, honestly, just sneak in, sap the kid, and 'port out. Possibly while conducting Option # 1 as a diversion.

And it's just a pity that the monastery was really a cover for a very unpleasant snake cult.

Ah, much harder to resolve with violence; the default is that the PCs set up some sort of grain brokership that buys the peasants' harvests and sells to the city at inflated prices, and/or seeks out an alternate source of supply.
