1000 Horrible Mutations

Hey I am creating a campaign where all of my PCs mutate every night at midnight. The mutations can be physical, mental, emotional, or anything else you can think of. They should generally be bad, but I am trying to get 1000 of them, so just put down anything you can think of. I will start with the first 5

expansion: characters size doubles
compression: characters size halfs
itch: the character thinks he has an itch on his shoulder, and must spend a partial action every 2d6 rounds to itch it.
phobia: the character gains a random phobia. Chosen from
www.phobialist.com
extra head: the character grows an extra head, which controls the left half of his body, and has a different personality.

7 odorous ooze- the character secretes a troglodyte like stench
8 kleptomania- the character develops the urge to steal things (bad if you don't have the skills)
9 bodybald- loses all their hair
10 gender switcheroo
11 falsetto- the characters voice reaches a very high pitch
12 2 ft. tongue- make speech difficult, makes walking public difficult
13 j. lo- characters buttocks double in size
14 opposable joint- knees and elbows only bend backwards
15 sid ceasarism- stream of water comes out every time character opens mouth

17. webbed toes
18. webbed fingers (can't wear rings, +10' swim)
19. thumb nail falls off
20. fur (+1 Fort save vs. Cold, -1 Fort save vs. Heat)
21. eye grows out of belly button
22. eye grows in palm of one hand
23. eye grows on shoulder
24. pale green scales grow on skin (+1 natural armor)
24. hard bony plates grow out of skin (+3 natural armor, -2 Dex)
25. red scales grow over skin (+1 natural armor, +2 save vs. Fire)
26. eyes grow and become liquidy (+4 Spot, Darkvision 60', but become blinded for 2d6 rounds by failed save vs. Fire)
27. fingers twist into claws (unarmed attack counts as armed, does 1d6 slashing damage, but can't wear gloves or gauntlets)
28. feet become hooves (gain natural kick attack (1d8 bludgeoning damage), but can't wear boots)
29. ears turn into those of a donkey (+4 to Listen checks, -4 to Charisma-based checks)
30. nose inverts (-4 to Charisma-based checks, -4 to Fort checks for holding breath underwater)

32. mania - character reverses, a phobia from www.phobialist.com
33. bald spot- character gains a bald spot. The character must keep it shiny at all times. If somebody gets the bald spot dirty, the character flies into a rage and tries to kill the offender.
34. mirror skin- the characters skin reflects like a mirror
35. random language- each day the character can only speak a random language.
36. gills - the character grows gills and can breathe under water.
 

37. Frida - Unibrow - character grow one big eyebrow
38. Rudolf - character grow deer antlers
39. High Stepper - character feet reform into deer antlers with pads. Must take large strides

40. Clown makeup - that won't come off
 

41. Random ability drops to 2 - roll 1d6 to decide
42. Random ability becomes 18 - roll 1d6 to decide
43. Random skill is fogotten completely, cannot even be used untrained even if it previously could be.
44. Random skill gains max ranks, even if it is exclusive to another class treat it as a class skill from now on and max its ranks.
45. Irrational - whenever presented with any decision the character must roll a die to randomly decide what they do.
46. Fain Death - Whenever in any type of danger they play dead
47. Skin turns camoflage
48. Chameleon skin
49. Phyically they are a burly lumber jack. Emotionally they are a 12 year old girl getting PMS for the first time.
50. Post Partum Depression - they begin carrying something small claiming it is their baby.
