1000 magic items Uncle Trapspringer invented

Good ones Celebrim :)

36) Aparatus of Trapspringer - This odd looking item looks like a leather vest with extra sleeves (with gloves) attached to it. When worn (size small humanoids only), the extra sleeves inflate and act as extra arms (typically 2-4 extra limbs), allowing the wearer to "handle" all the more items.

37) The Ring of the Many Mini Meeeee's At first site this ring appears to be a very elaborately crafted ring set with five tiny rubies. When worn however its true silly qualities reveal themselves. The Ring creates 1d20 clones of the wearer at two size categories smaller than himself. Unfortunetly taking off the ring does not remove the Mini versions of the wearer who for the most part make themselves an annoyance to the wearer and his party.

38)The book of Vile forgetfulness One of the most vile of books that haunt wizards libraries the Book of Vile forgetfulness has cost more than one nosy wizards apprentice great sorrow, Marked in arcane symbols, all of which warning of the books dire design, cover the exterior bindery.

Inside a reader might find the wizards personal thoughts on such things a hickups, and sneezes, headaches, and laughter, but most books read from one boring essay to the next all the way to the books end. Its boring essays do not stop unsuspecting readers from reading it through its entirety as the book constantly casts a Charm Idiot spell compelling its reader forward to the end.

Once a Book of vile forgetfulness has been finished being read, a reader begins to experience both long and short term memory loss Wizardly aprentices forget their memorized cantrips, Older Students their memorized spells, and the everyday man his list of chores. Characters who have read the entire book suffer at random -1 to their Wisdom modifiers, They can not remember common names of places or creatures when such information is required of them.

Only the spell Remove Curse can remove the effects of the Book of Vile Forgetfulness

39. boots of whoopie cushioning.- these boots appear to be an aid to silent movement, but when donned and the wearer attampts to move silently, on the 3rd round of slowed, silent movement they begin issuing flatulent noises with every step.

41) Bedroll of Alarm - If anything interesting starts happening while the occupant is asleep, this normal looking bedroll will poke them into wakefullness.

42) Wand of Redlight - Created by Trapspringer, this simple wand produces a faint red light that projects a small design or picture on any surface the wand is pointed at. Moving the wand also moves the design across the surface it passes over. The effect lasts as long as concentration is maintained. It is rumored the wand was created as a way of distracting curious kender from poking about in Trapspringer's own curious doodads.

Unfortunately Trapsprings himself oftens gets enthralled by the light flittering about and forgets to guard his belongings. He has been known to stand there watching the light for hours, ignoring all around him. This can get quite amusing (to non kenders) as it is sure to attract any other kenders in the area, and they all stand about staring at the lights.

43. Hoopak of ultimate power. This intellegent hoopak has ultimate power, but unfortunately, after being used to level the fiery mountain that got dropped on istar, and seeing all the people who settled it dead and smoke released into the air, it swore it would never fight again. No matter what you do, it can not be used as a weapon. It does however give a +5 bonus to perform when used as an instrument, along with causing the emotion(Sadness, 2 minutes, will save DC 25), in all within 30 feet who hear the sorrowful music.

44. Imperial Robes: Upon donning these robes, the wearer believes him or herself to be invisible (illusion DC __ to negate) yet to others appears completely naked. Option: Add a suggestion component where wearer adamantly refuses to believe that others see him or her.

45) Squirrel of Listening - Often frustrated that people did not want to listen to his stories Trapspringer created a magical squirrel. It will politely listen to any story told by it's master, occassionally asking pertinent questions like "how was the weather when the dragon attacked the town". At the end of a story the squirrel will be sure to applaud.
