Unfortunately, those charts are nigh-illegible when converted straight into word format, and they aren't even very friendly in their current online form.
Traditionally, CODE brackets are used to limit the font to Courier New and preserve the multiple spaces between characters, which allows charts to look pretty on the forums. Just look up how to use it in the "Help" section of the forums if you wants examples and such.
One option for pretty charts is to just upload the file in which the original chart if saved. Some people ignore those, though, for very understandable security reasons.
Ok, regaridng the actual content of your post: kudos. That's alot of work! It looks solid, too, from the little I've read. Lots of the content ties into the setting intimately, which can be a very, very good thing for coming up with campaigns on the fly.
