I'm going to nominate Wizards of the Coast.

I don't think there would really be a viable RPG industry without them, and the single biggest player in an industry not being included in an industry award seems kind of silly. Plus, between the FAQ, constantly updated errata, and really accessible CSRs, they have amazing customer support.
