So, I'd like to nominate Blackdirge Publishing. I think the work Aeryn puts out is excellent and even admit to changing the format of some of my own products after seeing some of his.

I get a strong sense Mark is a really good guy and has done a couple solids for WoTC since I started working on D&D.
