Congrats to all the nominees! As per my pledge I made when I was running as judge (open, direct communication!!!), I'll happily answer all questions that I'm able and will just as happily just shoot the breeze with you about any of the products.

So, did you have to take any time off from work for that last minute rush this year, or did you pound your head against a wall until all the game rules fell out so you could start fresh?

I was pleased to see the nomination. I spent some time at your booth last year at GenCon and you ran a little demo for me. I ended up buying the book and really liked it. Congratulations!

Nah. I just gave up sleeping. For about 2 weeks.

Yep, it was cool to see you guys get a nom. I saw your booth at Gen Con last year and later contacted you to get a review copy of the book. I've read through it and while it is a bit more complex than I like my games, you can tell immediately that you are all long-term gamers, that the rules have evolved over a series of playtests as they cover things that I remember going in my head, "Yeah, this came up in a game once, and that too," and that you all have passion for the game, a passion that actually comes across from your side to mine.
