When the trigger of this potent device is pulled by someone uninitiated into its mysteries, out of the barrel pops a small flag that reads BANG! However, if the proper technique is used to activate the weapon while the trigger is pulled, 2d6 flags appear in sequence on various objects nearby, each saying RICOCHET!, and the final BANG! flag pops out of the head of a random bystander.

Droplets of Eye Color

This is a small green glass bottle with a dropper cap, and a collar around the neck. When the collar is used to select a certain color, and a drop is placed into an eye, that eye takes on the color selected. Both eyes may be colored different colors.

Rarer bottles may include more exotic color options, such as molten gold or silver, luminescent white, shadowy black, or blood red.

A full bottle will include 100 drops. A used bottle will include 10d10 drops.

when the pigeon is activated, any one attempting to make a ranged attack roll (where the pigeon is a possible target)
must make a DC 15 will save or target the pigeon. The pidgeon has and AC of 12 and 1 hp.

Dangit, I should have read the thread better. This is nearly exactly what mine was for. Even had the same save.
