You guys really shouldn't waste any time with the defenders outside... it's only 3 more rounds and it takes 2 rounds to even get to the cultists (one move to get to the panel, one move to position oneself to climb down, one move to climb down most of the way, then jump as a free action taking only minor damage hopefully, then another move to get to the ritual site), which leaves just a single round to disrupt or at least delay the ritual (maybe one more for those with awesome ranged attacks). And that's if we go in now!
Also, the panel is a choking point, we cannot go through it simultaneously because of the action it costs to position oneself to climb down, thus blocking the way for others, since the square is occupied for one round then. Just rushing through and jumping down (taking the 2d10 damage and just shrugging it off) would work faster, of course.
