Nathan lashes left and right while minding his defense but the dragonborn redeem their earlier clumsiness and tears into the swordmage from all side, pushing him to the brink.
Sensing weakness and lacking a better target anyway, the Githyanki maintain his mental onslaught. If it hadn't been for Leyra's divine intercession on his behalf, he would already be dead.

Vs AC 35, I think you forgot Dragon scale when wrote said 33.
3 hits, one critical (it's a flat +12 damage with the Katars); 51 damage

The remaining thug is shocked at seeing his friend cut down. He lashes out at Dagran and he finds an opening but the dwarf grin at him, barely feeling the blow. The Thug then truns and rushes upstair, unwilling to keep getting stabbed in the back by the little halfling. He manages to dodge Dagran as he tries to stop him and rushes upstair. He gazes in confusion at the gambling den but can't see Garrick even though he seemingly has nowhwere to hide.

vs AC 31 (1d20+20=31, 2d6+6=8) 8 points of damage, Unbreakable negates the blow
(I am not sure if you would want to use Unbreakable on 8 points; I figured yes since it's close enough to 9 and it is not impossible you won't get hit again in the fight (1 dead and 2 bloodied out of 6 BG.)
If you diagree, let me know, I'll edit and you HP will be 88)
OA
vs AC 29 (1d20+19=27, 2d6+12=19) miss
If you check the link, you'll see the actual result is to hit is 2 points lower and damage 4 points higher. It's cause I screwed up and initially treated it as a immediate interrupt + Potent challenge instead of a standard OA... It's easy to get mixed up between these two.
The thug moves up. As soon as Garrick has no more cover, his previous stealth check is voided... But! The chameleon power kicks in, giving him a chance to remain hidden with a new check:
Stealth vs Perception (1d20+18=31)
Of course, Garrick couldn't fail DC 19 but it was still worth doing because when the Thug comes up and still doesn't see Garrick, he makes an active check (minor action). Since his max would be 29, I won't roll it.
Garrick remains hidden until the end of his next turn; make it count because there is no available cover upstairs.

The Sniper, losing hope but grimly accepting the looming defeat keeps bobbing and weaving, deftly reloading his hand crossbow, still hoping for a miracle but not getting it.
