Haha, the Powerball is one of those reasons I almost wish I lived in the States. Almost

If I were to ever win the 6-49 (one of Canada's national lotteries) I would...
Get my dad out of debt, pay off his cabin, buy him a new house, and give him a good 5 or 10 million.
Help out those in my family who I care about (both of my grandmothers, quite a few aunts and uncles who I love, and some cousins), and throw a small bone (a couple thousand, likely) to those in my family who could care less about me (ugh, I have a lot of these though...)
To my close friends, I'd give them a nice gift - whatever they wanted, really. A new, mid-range car, a new apartment, a new set of guitars/amps et al. A good 15-20 grand each
Finally, I'd get something for myself. Likely, this would include a complete overhaul of my grandmothers house (where I live) - get a good, high-end team of repairmen and interior decorators to give this house a once-over, and then I'd buy it off my grandmother (who is, admittedly, getting up in years and will soon find it hard to run her house). I want this place to stay in the family (where it has been for over 40 years), but also want make it my own. A complete re-vamp, really. I'd also have enough money set aside for university, a new computer, and a small assortment of goodies.
Hmmm, other then that, I'd save the rest, which would hopefully still be around half of my $30 milion+ winnings.
Question: does any of that sound weird coming from a 19 year old
cheers,
