[3.0] Dealing with True Seeing

I'm going to be running a game where I would like to use a polymorphed character as an infiltrator, but he will be going against true seeing.

Sequester says it blocks divinations, but then says a gem of seeing can see it- which is based off of true seeing.

Is there any other core way of blocking true seeing? I'd prefer core and splatbooks only, but if there's nothing there anything will do.

You could try Nondetection. There's a caster level check though. Misdirection might work as well although IIRC it allows a save.

A mundane disquise?

Make up a background where this infiltrator has some sort of horrible disfigurement, and disguise yourself so mundanely. Then use alter self/polymorph to cover that up? If the party is distrustful, and try out "true seeing" on him, he can relate his background story, which is so heartfelt (and false, he's probably fine) that they'll believe him, and won't try that again. He sobs and the like. Earns pity.
