[3.0E] Ranged Touch Attacks and Dexterity Modifiers

Do Ranged Touch Attacks recieve Dexterity modifiers? Or any other projectile-related modifier?

Ofcourse, my main cause of interest in these kinds of attacks is due to my version of firearms giving ranged touch attacks to simulate their armor-piercing nature; so they SHOULD be cxonsidered as projectile weapons for most intents and porpuses.

Yes, they do, just like any other ranged attack.

And, no, firearms shouldn't be touch attacks.
