this is one of those "desert islan" questions...if left to game on an isle with your gamemates, and having only the 3 core books and any one other d20 product what would it be? (besides dice;) )

Traps and Treachery.

Maybe the second one, as I haven't checked that out too much, and it may be a better example of "the monster manual of traps."

PS

I'd agree with the ELH suggestion on this one. Of course, if we won't be there a while, I'd probably want a mega-adventure that nobody with me has read or been on instead, like the Banewarrens.

Nah, stuff the ELH. Dragon Magazine Archive is where it's at!

Okay, okay...to split hairs, it's (a) not d20, and (b) requires a computer and power source to get full use out of....BUT....you could use it to reflect the sun and light a fire, and I'd like to see you do that with the ELH. :)

That's a good one!

I would have to go with the Forgotten Realms Campaign Supplement. I am relatively new to the Realms and could imagine spending quite a bit of time exploring it.

Totally possible. Paper makes good kindling to get a fire going, just add friction and air! On the plus side, after you use up all the paper, you have a nifty gloss-coated cardboard hat to keep the hot desert sun off of you.

Try that with a CD-ROM!:D

Either the T20 book or Dragonstar guide to the galaxy. (Have to see the T20 book before I decide.) That way I would have a fantasy ruleset and a science fictional ruleset to keep me and whoever entertained.

Now if you let me take two other books, my answer might be quite different. Hmmm....
