Hooray for houserules in the character builder by fall (if they actually hit this target).

So it took them an additional year to give back the capability that switching from the offline builder removed.

Unless of course, they actually give you the power to enter houserules in such a way as it actually interacts with the numbers on the sheet, in which case, it counts as an accomplishment in my book.

No, the DM's Kit just contains the random table system.

I thought exactly the same and know personally no one who use his rarity system in his/her home campaign.

I will place large sums of money on them NOT hitting this target. DDi has never, ever, EVER met a single target, even one as imprecise as "Fall".

What about the Monster Builder? Pre-MMIII it was stable and accurate then the MMIII update rather ruined things. Now it's effectively not available for a few months while they try and produce an online version which is, strangely enough, way behind schedule.

He also didn't specify he meant the season.

By "the fall" he could mean "of civilization" or "the third roman empire of 2142" or "the leaning tower of piza" or any number of things.
