3.5 and OGL?

Ok, now that 3.5 is out, does anyone know what the status of a 3.5 OGL is? I’m assuming that the old 3.0 OGL does –not- apply to 3.5, is that correct? Has WotC released any information officially or unofficially about this? Or, does anyone have any well-founded speculation on the matter? If there is no OGL for 3.5, then does that effectively mean that all of these companies that have jumped on the D20 bandwagon are now ‘stuck’ with either obsolescing product lines or paying WotC license fees?

Inquiring minds want to know…

Be seeing you…

The Revised (v.3.5) System Reference Document still fall under the current Open Game License v1.0a.

Said Rev-SRD can be used with the most current d20 System Trademark License v4.0.
