The Movement penalty was the only [stat-based] reason NOT to play a dwarven fighter. Now i will not deny the moving normal speed in the heaviest armors is very in line with the concept of the dwarf, its just a little too good for a 2 point cha hit.
also the war axe is just too good for almost free. I would rather give them a free racial matial prof with a one handed axe, hammer or pick.
