D&D 3E/3.5 3.5 Entange *does* (I think) cause attack/Dex penalties

Hi folks,

According to Olgar's compiled revisions, the Entangle spell no longer causes penalties to attack or Dex, or spell casting, at least not as mentioned in the spell description. I believe that the spell is unchanged from 3.0 in that regard, because while the 3.5 spell description (oddly) only explains the movement effects of being entangled, it clearly indicates that those failing their save are "entangled." In the 3.5 PHB glossary and 3.5 DMG condition summary section, "entangled" is defined as impeding movement, penalizing attacks and Dex, and requires Concentration checks to cast, in exactly the same manner as in 3.0.

I'm inclined to agree. I have noticed in a few other locations, they cut out some of the excess text, in favor of using more glossary terms.
