Did anyone notice any differences between the two, other than a difference in ECL? (the vampire is +5 ECL, the elite vampire is +8 ECL, the template is listed as +8 ECL).
I couldnt find anything that differed beyond class levels, and things derived from those.
So would the +5 ECL be a typo, or the +8, or are they correct & i'm missing something?
