D&D 3.x [3.5] Permanency - Definitive spell list?

Is there a list somewhere of all the spells that can be made permanent with Permanency? Including splatbooks, MoF, and all that? With XP costs?

I don't know any, but the min caster level is +8 to the spell level(cantrips count as one) and the cost in XP is spell level X500 (Do I need ta spell it out for you?)

Actually, what threw me off is the fact that 0 Level spells count as 1st Level for the purposes of that formula.

But I wonder why they didn't simply put in the formula with a mention that it is "subject to DM approval" and is restricted to non-instantaneous spells, instead of providing a specific list?
