3.5 SRD Files?

I'm more looking forward to seeing if the Epic Level Handbook and Deities & Demigods makes it in at the same time as 3.5.

Well, since some epic stuff made it into the DMG3.5, we can only hope...

Thought the chumps at WotC said SRD's would be out when the books hit the shelf. Sigh, yet another unfulfilled promise, I swear, WotC should run for office.

When the calm and cool breeze blows
Over my head and my eyes seem to be
Resting with lids tightly drawn, or
Steps of the palace to the overlord
Tower over my head, I will see true

Temptation will reign supreme again
Relegating all other options within
Our senses to the black darkness of
Limited imagination and simple fear

As per an announcement on the news page, the SRD 3.5 update will be available for download on Midnight Jul 27. I'm trying to find out Midnight where.

The guy who submitted this said July 27, but Andy Smith's post here says July 24th, Midnight EST

Does that mean midnight at the beginning of July 24, or at the end?

I'm just hoping that the newly updated SRD adds Illithids, Slaadi, Yuan-ti, and Beholders back!

Especially since WOTC isn't going to publish modules anymore, leaving that up to the secondary publishers, it would be nice if they could use some of the cooler monsters...

...without having to jump through hoops that is.

birched: What revisions will not be included in the updated SRD?

WotC_Andy: There are a few examples of product identity that won't be in the SRD, but it's nothing you'd expect to be in the SRD now.

Likely, we'll not see the "WotC Cool Monsters" in the SRD.

That reminds me best download the old SRD while I still can, since I have yet to see anything to make me want to change to 3.5.

Books came yesterday, yay, no need for the SRD. WotC may let you down, but Wal-Mart won't. Viva la Resistance!!!
