nonamazing, Wood Elves still geta -2 to Con, but to make up for it, they also still get the +2 to Dex. Also, where did you find that Wood Elves got a +2 bonus to Knowledge Nature and Survival?

Whoops! Sorry about that ability score thing--I misread my monster manual. I'll fix it right away. As for the skill bonuses...those aren't racial, they're from the druid class ability Nature Sense. Sorry about the confusion--I should have made that more clear.

However, he had her train under Khysha the songstress, where she bloomed. She also made a friend, Prolia, a ranger in training who taught her skills in archery and forestlore.

Background: 

Valeriel comes from a noble elven family.  She has been since the early days of her youth to follow in the footsteps of her ancesters, many of who were among the ranks of the Beloved of Valarian, followers of the god Valarian and among those elven maidens who rode unicorns.  Valeriel has been singularly devoted all her live to becoming one of the beloved.  She made a vow of chastity, learned the ways of the bow and the sword, became a skilled rider, etc.  
Valeriel is a tall elf, especially for a female, but rather slender, but unusually strong and incredibly fit.  Her reflexes are very well trained.  In battle, her prowess with the sword and bow have always impressed both male and female on lookers.

If allowed, I've built this character around the Beloved of Valarian PrC from the Book of Exalted Deeds. If not allowed, can I still keep the concept (Elf maiden warrioress who eventually rides a unicorn). Ideally, the character would have some sort of holy warrior template. I originally thought of a Paladin but the AL requirement isn't quite suitable (though, actually, a Beloved of Valarian can be LG, but the god is Neutral).
