STILL RECRUITING FOR ONE MORE PLAYER. NEED A FIGHTER, BARBARIAN, OR OTHER FIGHTING-MAN CLASS!

Take a character from Level 2 to 6-12.

I'd like to find 5 people who would be interested in taking a character from level 2 to 6, possibly to 12. I'm planning on running the King trilogy: Barrow of the Forgotten King, The Sinister Spire, and Fortress of the Yuan-ti. If we feel like continuing on some more, I'd like to finish off the PCs adventuring career with Red Hand of Doom.

I'm hoping for a weekly game on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings 3-4 hour sessions. This will probably take 1/2 to 1 year to finish so am looking for players who think they can commit to staying for a while.

I'm experienced with Maptools and have DM'ed many games for it. I already have a custom Maptools property setting and macros ready. If you're new to Maptools, don't be intimidated by it! I will help you with any questions you have along the way.

If you're interested please create your character at www.myth-weavers.com and then post the link here.

Character creation rules:
32-point buy
PHB I and PHB II only
Good or Neutral Characters Only
Starting Wealth by Level

Players
1. ScionJustice ( Druid )
2. Crazy Eights ( Sorcerer )
3. eswan ( Beguiler )
4.
5. Dathil ( Conjurer )

We'll start when we get one more confirmed player. Also, can you guys list a what days you have free and what times? I'll set up a Maptools tutorial session to help you guys learn how to use it. If you want to learn on your own there are video tutorials: http://rptoolstutorials.net/

I haven't even heard of MapTools, but I'd be willing to try anything at least once. If Saturdays are acceptable, I'd like to throw my hat into the ring with... hrm... perhaps a Fochlucan Bard leading towards Fochulcan Lyrist (Complete Adventurer), or perhaps a straight Hexblade (Complete Warrior) or Beguiler (Player's Handbook II), though this is relevant to which setting this takes place in. If we can't find a healer, I'll settle for a Cleric or Druid of the setting-appropriate deity :)

Welcome aboard. Apologies, but out of that list druid, cleric, or beguiler would be the only choices. I'm only allowing PHB I or II. The game will take place in FR.

It occurs to me to mention that I am currently residing in Japan, which is a hefty GMT/UTC+9, so if possible, scheduling the game later in the evening would be amazing. Anything 3pm or later Seattle time is cool.

Also, if you get a chance to look my guy over, that would be great. The only real things I wondered about is how to do HP, whether it was okay to take the Sorcerer variant from PHB II, and just general okaying of my selection of scrolls. Thanks!

Later certainly suits me fine, as 3 PM PDT (in Seattle) would only be 6 PM EDT on my end. Very acceptable indeed.

Anywho, I've been pondering either a Bard (more of a Chronicler than a traditional Adventuring Bard) or a Druid/Cleric (if we can't find a Band-Aid, with the above not to be confused with a Multi-Class Druid/Cleric :p), probably worshipping either Shalia or Sharess (gotta break my Lathander streak >.>) respectively.

So, my big query for the day is in regards to whether any of the Forgotten Realms material is permitted. I'm blindly assuming so since it's a Forgotten Realm Campaign, but I figured I'd ask just to be sure :p

EDIT: Also, which "MapTools" are we talking about here? I've stumbled across RPTool's "MapTool" and MapTools.org's "MapTools." Excuse my stupidity in this regard, if you don't mind >.>;;
