It's probably for the best they weren't touched, considering the degree to which the Complete Warrior nerfed things.

ahh is that really true? damn thats an amazing crit-based build, i think those kind of prcs are amazing for an aesthetic/RP character along with the fact that they could do some pretty snazzy things in combat like dragging your opponent off a cliff while an off hand whip safely holds you on to a stalagmite or something
