3 favorite sites from classic adventures?

For me there are more than 3 but I'd go with the following:

Castle Ravenloft - By far the one that I've used the most. I'll be converting this to 4e in October.

Aerie of the Slavelords - I just love the original Slavelords modules and I'm going to be pitting my players against them.

The Forbidden City - This is by far the coolest location.

Honorable mention to the Isle of Dread, The Moathouse, and Castle Amber (not so much the castle but the side-trek to Averoigne.)

Well, I'm not sure what qualifies as a "classic adventure," but here are my choices:

1. Forbidden City (from I1, Dwellers of the Forbidden City) - It introduced the Yuan-ti, one of my favorite villain races.

2. Castle Amber (From X2 - Castle Amber) - More zany, wacky, deadly fun cannot be found this side of Glantri.

3. The Demonweb (From Q1 - Queen of the Demonweb Pits) - A launching point for dozens of potential campaigns, each one an inspiration in its own right.

Honorable mention goes to: The City of Brass. This is featured in a boxed set from White Wolf and has several adventures set within the city. It's also the most bad-@ss city ever to grace the eternal flames of the Elemental Plane of Fire.

Castle Ravenloft: still the ultimate adventure location.

Moathouse with Hommlet: the village is really the secret to this adventure. Well that, and beating down your pcs so they look for help, "help" that turns out to be something other then it seems.

Forgotten Temple of Tharizdun: This issolated ziggurat and the strange rituals and rooms hidden deep inside it, remains a favourite, even if it doesn't have the same "classic" status as some other EGG adventures.
