The feat below is a follow up to the two feats found here.

Free Spirit [General]
Nothing can ever make act against your beliefs.
Prerequisite: Arrogant Spirit, Steadfast Spirit, Iron Will.
Benefit: Any spell, spell-like ability or psionic ability used to bring you under someone else’s power automatically fails.

The following two feats stand on their own.

Improved Leadership [General]
You are very adept at manipulating people.
Prerequisite: Leadership Feat, Diplomacy skill 4 or more ranks, Charisma 12+
Benefit: You gain a permanent +2 bonus to your leadership score and to your Diplomacy checks.

Superior Leadership [General]
You have the power to influence people who would generally not want to help you.
Prerequisite: Leadership Feat, Improved Leadership Feat, Diplomacy skill 8 or more ranks, Charisma 16+
Benefit: You gain a permanent +4 bonus to your Leadership score and to your Diplomacy checks.
Special: The bonuses gained from this feat do not stack with the bonuses from the Improved Leadership feat, they instead replace them.

Disclaimer
The diplomacy prereq is there to simulate the time and effort you have taken to learn how to manipulate other people.

The feats have been updated.

I haven't read any reviews on Free Spirit.

What do you guys think?

Most Prestige Classes that grant automatic Leadership give +2 to your Leadership score if you already have it, so +3 lead/+3 dip seems a bit much. Also, it's odd that you'd require ranks in a Skill in order to get an additional bonus to it. So I suggest you change Improved Leadership to...

Prerequisites: Leadership, Charisma 15+
You gain a +2 bonus to your Leadership score and to Diplomacy checks.

And change the Superior Leadership feat to require Cha 17+ instead of 10 Diplomacy ranks and increase the bonuses to +4/+4.

It seems a bit powerful to me. I'd say that instead of making you invulnerable to these kinds of effects, you instead gain a high bonus when rolling to shove off the effects.

But then again, a character does have to spend a valuable amount of feats which could very easily beef up the character in more frequently useful senses.

2 years ago I also focused on creating feats that modified leadership.

The first feat was similar to your first one. However my requirements were only Character Level 10th and Leadership.

the next feat allowed you to gain a synergy bonus to leadership from diplomacy

Then i had 2 other feats. One that added your STR bonus to Leadership and one that added your wisdom bonus. A special restiction allowed you to only take one, or theother. If i did them now i might remove that though..

They read something like this.

Strong Leadership:
Your physical strength attracts individuals who admire you for it and share your ideals. You gain your Strength bonus to your leadership score.

Wise Leader:
You are a fair and wise leader. You attract more followers who are eager to experience your wisdom and leadership. You gain your wisdom bonus to your leadership score.

Technicaly you could have a feat for each stat adding it to leadership. Honestly the only one i couldnt think up flavor text for would be dex.
