She's using a bow without a feat. Either monks get martial weapons now, bows are added to thier list, or githzerai get racial weapons like elves.

From a note on the Polyhedron side:
Extraplanar subtype- Although Githyanki are humanoids, they are native to the Astral Plane and are thus susceptible to banishment and similar spells when they are on other planes.
Also, the AC stacks up right as far as I can tell:
+4 inertial armor
+4 Dex
+2 Wis
+2 Monk

There's all sorts of weird irregularities in the numbers. The initiative should be +4, not +3. The bow attack bonus is too high. Where did the extra +1 come from, the mastercraft bow? I thought bow bonuses didn't stack with arrow bonuses.
It looks like monks do have some more flexibility with feats. The monk has two more feats than he would gain from level progression, presumably monk bonus feats or class abilities.
